Michael boasts a robust 38-year tenure in the athletic field industry, joining the team at Greenway Athletic Field Services with a wealth of experience. Since 1985, he has been an active contributor to youth sports and maintains his commitment as a Board member for the Trumbull Little League. His proficiency lies in the construction, repair, and maintenance of athletic fields. A long-time resident of Trumbull, Michael enjoys life with Darlene, his wife of 43 years.

Bob Koselowski brings a dynamic 33 years of experience to Greenway Property Services, where he eagerly anticipates contributing his seasoned expertise. Impressed by Greenway's high-caliber proficiency, state-of-the-art equipment, superior materials, and top-tier workforce, Bob values their exceptional commitment to detail. He understands that meticulous attention is crucial for the safety of athletes and considers it a foremost priority in maintaining athletic fields to the highest standard.

Doug Marshall has lived in Connecticut his whole life and always enjoyed his time outdoors maintaining his lawn and gardens. In 2012 Doug pursued his Horticultural Degree at Naugatuck Valley Community College, Doug also holds an accreditation from the Northeast Organic Farming Association (NOFA) in the fast-growing field of organic land care. While earning a degree In Horticulture and a certificate in landscape design in 2014 Doug assisted in the planting of a community victory garden at Newtown Fairfield Hills campus. Doug has continually obtained extensive knowledge in the science and art of growing turf, plant health care, soil, landscape restoration and maintenance as well as design and garden construction.

In 2022 Doug joined the team at Greenway Property Service as an Account Manager overseeing approximately 25 full time employees that maintain municipalities, schools, universities, and commercial properties. Being dependable, professional performing high quality work remains a top priority for Doug, as does equipping the employees with as much horticultural knowledge as possible.
